Order a side of lamb to be added to our next run. An order quantity of 1 means you receive half a lamb - roughly 9-13kg comprised of all the cuts in half a lamb - priced at the bulk rate shown.  You can expect a total cost for your box of lamb to be between $170-$250.  If you'd like a whole lamb please order two sides.

 

 

Your side of lamb is reserved for you by paying a deposit equal to the per kilo rate for your order with balance to be paid upon delivery or pick up.

 

 

We have mobile EFTPOS available and can also accept PayPal or Bank Transfers to complete payment on day of delivery.

  • One side of a pasture raised dorper lamb valued per kilo.

     

    In the box per side of lamb you will receive:

    • Choice of forequarter chops, Rolled shoulder, diced lamb or mince
    • Choice of French cutlets or a frenched rack of lamb
    • Choice of chump chops, diced lamb or mince
    • Choice of half leg bone in roast, easycarve roast, diced lamb or mince
    • Rosettes (neck chops)
    • Loin chops
    • Shanks
    • Belly roll roast (similar cut to streaky bacon)
    • Mince

     

    Packaging: cuts packaged separately in approximately 1kg portions. Freezer bag packaging as standard. Vacuum packing is available for a flat rate $10 fee per side.

     

    Some cuts require more time from the butcher, for example boning out an easy carve roast, and this is reflected in the slight adjustments in price.  All combined will weigh approximately 9 to 13 kilograms, dependent on the size of the animal at time of processing.
